A basic chaffle!
Makes 1 chaffle
32 grams mozzerella
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
Heat waffle iron and spray with coconut oil or any low carb oil.
Pour ingredients into waffle iron and cook until it cooked through ( about 5 mins )

Cinnamon chaffle
1 tablespoon almond flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 oz mozzerella cheese
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and cook in a waffle iron until cooked through.
Cinnamon churro chaffle
110g mozzarella cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp sweetner granulated pref brown
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix egg in a bowl then add cheese.
Add 1/2 the mixture to waffle iron.
Whilst chaffle is cooking mix sweetener & cinamon together on a plate.
Once chaffle is cooked and still warm coat with sugar & cinnamon mix.
